The Hayfield volleyball team took one set from the top ranked team in Class AA, but the Vikings couldn’t take the match as they lost to Kenyon-Wanamingo (22-1 overall, 5-0 HVL) by scores of 25-14, 25-11, 20-25, 25-13 in Hayfield Tuesday.

Anna Carney had 12 digs for the Vikings (9-3 overall, 3-2 HVL), who are ranked No. 10 in Class A.
