Gretchen A. Thoen, 75, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health System, Austin.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner and Pastor Charles Leonard officiating.

Visitation: Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hope Lodge in Rochester or First Lutheran Church Phase 2 Building Fund.

Funeral Home: Services prearranged and performed by Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home.
