The Austin Bruins used a third period rally to get past the Johnstown Tomahawks 3-2 in the Schwan Cup in Blaine Thursday.
The Bruins (2-1 overall) trailed 2-1 going into the third period when John Wojciechowski, who is from Larchmont, NY, scored to tie the game and Jon Richards, who is from Callaway, Minn., scored the game-winner with 9:18 left in the contest.
Alex Schilling, who is from Medina, Minn., stopped 26 shots in his first start in net for the Bruins.
