Boys soccer: Packers start fast in win over Winona

The Austin boys soccer team stayed unbeaten when it topped Winona (3-1-1 overall, 1-1-1 Big Nine) 5-1 in the Art Hass Stadium Tuesday.
The Packers jumped out to a 3-0 lead early on and they led 3-1 at the half.

“We played well and we kept creating opportunities,” Austin head coach Jens Levisen said. “We were going into it expecting a pretty solid match and the boys really came out and played well tonight.”
Abel Gebrekiros had two goals for Austin (4-0 overall, 2-0 Big Nine) Nick Young, Tucker Nelson, and Mooday Wah all had one goal for the Packers.
