The Mower County Senior Center is having our second round of AMP programming.

We are offering a 10-week health and wellness package to residents 55 and over starting at 2 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting Sept. 7. The program is called the Aging Mastery Program. It was developed by the National Council on Aging (NCOA).

This is a wonderful opportunity for adults to participate in, and reap the benefits of, this cutting edge wellness program. We are currently recruiting 30 adults ages 55 and over to participate in this second round of ten-week educational classes.
