Mary Jo Fasbender, 44, of Adams, Minnesota, formerly of Rochester, died the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at her home in Adams surrounded by her family.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at the Little Cedar Lutheran Church in Adams with The Rev. Jeremy Johnson and Reverend Donna McGraw Giese will be officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Adams Funeral Home and on Monday at the church for one hour before the service.

Interment: Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Adams.
