President Ethel Huinker presented past president Carol Connor with her seventh Gold Card after completing her 2015-2016 year as president.

Elaine Lane reported on a very successful bake sale, thanking all who furnished, bought and helped.

Norma Register, who has moved to Nebraska, donated collector dolls for fundraisers. July birthdays for Hazel Julzon and Ethel Huinker were celebrated with cake. Reports on the state convention held in Albert Lea, were given by delegates Gloria Njos and Carol Connor.

Plans to host our state president Garnet Karau from St. James and celebrate the 81st anniversary of the Austin Auxiliary 703 on Oct. 4 are under way. The Next Meeting will be Aug. 2.
