The Austin Post 91 Legion baseball team survived a late scare Thursday night in its playoff game against the Rochester A’s.

Austin led 9-2 going into the ninth when with two outs the A’s were able to mount a comeback, scoring six runs before finally being stopped.

Daniel Bollingberg was four for five including a double and Nate Conner was three for three including a double. Five others all had singles.

Post 91 will now play Saturday when they face the winner of the Rochester Patriots and Rochester Red Hawks game.
