Post 91’s bats came alive Sunday in the second of two weekend games.

Austin Post 91 racked up 19 hits from 10 different players in a 15-8 slugfest win against the Rochester Redhawks on Sunday. Six players collected multiple hits.

Dylan Gasner led the way in Sunday’s win, going 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double and six RBIs. Nik Gasner added three hits, a homer and two RBIs, while Nate Conner and Jason Stoulil added two RBIs each. Jake Reinartz and Phillip Zynda each added an RBI.

The boys lost to the Rochester Patriots 12-2 on Saturday.

In the loss, Daniel Bollingberg went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored, Dylan picked up two hits, and Conner added a hit and an RBI.

Post 91 was set to play the Patriots in the district title game at 2 p.m. Monday in the double elimination tournament.
