Nancy Lynn Schwartz, age 63 of rural Blooming Prairie, Minnesota died surrounded by her family, Friday afternoon, June 3, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health System-Austin.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 30456 Mower Freeborn Road, rural Austin, Minnesota with Pastor Lindsey Stolen officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 6 at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin and for one hour prior the service at the church on Tuesday.

Interment: Interment will follow the service in Udolpho Cemetery.
