Just in case you haven’t heard, the Mower County Senior Center is pleased to announce we will be offering a 10-week health and wellness package to residents 55 and over starting at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 18. The program is called the Aging Mastery Program. It was developed by the National Council on Aging (NCOA).

This is a wonderful opportunity for adults to participate in, and reap the benefits of this cutting edge wellness program. We are currently recruiting 30 adults ages 55 and over to participate in a ten-week educational program.

Here are the listings of the classes, speakers, dates and times for the 10 week program.
