The Southland baseball team saw a late lead slip away as it lost 6-5 at Caledonia (4-1 overall, 3-1 Three Rivers) Tuesday.

Caledonia scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to get the win.

Bret Matthews had a double and an RBI in the loss for the Rebels (3-4 overall, 3-4 Three Rivers).
