Thomas L. O’Connor, 84, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Mt. Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.

Service: Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at St. Columbanus Catholic Church in Blooming Prairie with Fr. Thomas Niehaus officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, from 1 to 5 p.m. at St. Columbanus Catholic Church in Blooming Prairie, and will continue on Monday morning for one hour prior to services at church. There will be a 5 p.m. Knights of Columbus Rosary Sunday afternoon at St. Columbanus Catholic Church.

Interment: Interment will be in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery in Newry Township, Freeborn County.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
