On behalf of the faculty and staff of The Hormel Institute, I’d like to publicly thank a key employee who is retiring today: Craig Jones. Craig has been with The Hormel Institute for nearly 39 years and has been an integral part of operations, the emerging field of information technology and the current and past major expansions as building coordinator.

We thank Craig for his excellent service and in helping build, grow and strengthen The Hormel Institute through the years. He is a work associate, “expert” and friend who will be missed.

We wish you a long, healthy and happy next chapter, Craig, and we know you will find many ways to continue to use your talent and skills.
