The Austin boys swimming and diving team took sixth out of nine teams at the Section 1A ‘true team’ meet in Bud Higgins Pool Saturday.

Austin’s Ben Walker took first in the 100-yard butterfly, the 200-yard freestyle relay team of Seth Clasen, Walker, Mitchell Mayer and Isaac Christopherson took second and the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Walker, Clasen, Mayer and Christopherson took second.

The Packers earned a Wild Card invite to the ‘true team’ state meet Jan. 30.
