The LeRoy-Ostrander boys basketball team cruised to a 72-38 win over Hope Lutheran (0-3 overall, 0-3 SEC) on the road Friday.

Senior Josh Royston scored 27 points for the Cardinals (2-3 overall, 2-3 SEC) and freshman Trey Hungerholt had 16 points.
