Jens Arthur Andersen, 72, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Albert Lea.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, at the Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home with Reverend Kent Otterman officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at the funeral home.
