The holiday season can be a joy-filled time, but for those who have suffered a great loss, especially the death of a loved one, the holidays can be difficult.

But the holidays do not necessarily have to be entirely sad. Join us at 1 p.m. on Tuesday as we discuss ways to cope with your grief and give new meaning to the holiday season.
