Myrtle Rosella Tesdahl, 88

Myrtle was born in Rose Creek, Minnesota, on March 3, 1927, to John and Kathryn (Mullenbach) Fink. She grew up in the Rose Creek area. After her father died when she was only 14, Myrtle and the rest of her family moved to Austin. Myrtle married Donald Orlean Miller on Feb. 15, 1944. To this union, nine children were born. She was a homemaker that loved raising her family. Donald died on June 28, 1968. On June 5, 1976, Myrtle married Newman Tesdahl. To this union, Newman brought two sons into the family. Newman died on Sept. 2, 2002.

Family and faith was always important to Myrtle. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and she volunteered in whatever capacity she could. When Donald died, she remained steadfast with her family and faith; the same could be said when Newman died.
