Landlord group divvies out annual scholarship

The Austin Area Landlord Association recently donated $300 to the Austin Community Scholarship Committee. The Austin Scholarship Committee has provided financial assistance to local students for over 50 years. Last year, the Committee donated $38,000 to students. Since its conception, about $700,000 in scholarships have been awarded to about 700 students. Most of the scholarship assistance comes from local individuals and foundations.
