Ryan T. Holdgrafer, 27, of Rose Creek, Minnesota, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015, at Mayo Clinic — St. Marys Campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at Little Cedar Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jeremy Johnson and the Rev. Charlie Leonard officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the Adams Funeral Home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Saturday for one hour before the service.
