David Allen Madison, 39, of Austin, Minnesota, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with Pastor Dennis Tamke officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at Worlein Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Interment: Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements.
