Russell Ormanzo Sampson, 91, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Hospital-Rochester, Saint Marys Campus.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, at Six Mile Grove Lutheran Church in Lyle, Minnesota, with the Rev. Scott Meyer officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin.

Interment: Interment will be in Six Mile Grove Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements.
