DES MOINES, Iowa — Republican Jeb Bush is touring the Iowa State Fair with the state’s two Republican senators and says he’s fully committed to competing in Iowa’s presidential caucuses.

Recent polls show the former Florida governor struggling in Iowa but Bush says many voters are still looking at the field.
