Graham R. Uzlik, 90, of Austin, Minnesota, died Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dennis Tamke officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.

Interment: Inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery with Austin Post No. 91 American Legion and Olaf B. Damm Post No. 1216 Veterans of Foreign Wars in charge of military honors.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
