The Blooming Prairie softball team swept Waseca by scores of 4-3 and 13-4 in BP Saturday.

Freshman McKenna Hein picked up the win in the second game for BP (7-8 overall) and she also went 5-for-5 with a double, a triple and four RBIs in that win.

“We had a really great day,” BP head coach Ali Mach said. “The girls are starting to play together and they have a lot more confidence both defensively and offensively.”
