The Hayfield softball team beat Pine Island 16-10 and the Vikings topped Waterville-Elysian-Morristown 16-8 in Pine Island Tuesday.

Freshman Kyal Heydt went 4-for-9 with a homer and eight RBIs on the day for the Vikings (14-4 overall) and Brhett Zahnle was 4-for-5 with a homer and four RBIs in the first game.
