Evelyn Ione Lange, 90 of Adams, Minnesota, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Adams Health Care Center.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Little Cedar Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jeremy Johnson officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be on Friday, May 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home and at the church on Saturday for one hour before the service.

Interment: Interment will be at Little Cedar Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials: Memorials may be designated to The Hormel Institute Breast Cancer Research Fund at 801 16th Ave. NE, Austin, MN  55912.
