Hormel Foods Corp. President and CEO Jeffrey Ettinger was named to the Ecolab Inc. board of directors earlier this month.

Ecolab announced its directors at its annual meeting of stockholders. Sixteen director nominees were elected for a one-year term ending in 2016. Ettinger joins 15 returning directors.

Ecolab is one of the biggest leaders in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.
