—Deonte David Davenport, 25, of Austin, was convicted of third-degree sale of drugs. Sentenced to two years in prison, $85 in fines.

—Hassan Ishag Khamis Hassan, 47, of Austin, was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to one year in jail, already satisfied sentence after 239 days.

—Janae Lynn Nelson, 27, of Rochester, was convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $1,585 in fines.
