Joe and Irene Schammel will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at the Rose Pedaler in Rose Creek, Minnesota.

Joseph Schammel and Irene Brown were married on May 20, 1950, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rose Creek.

The celebration will be hosted by their children, Robert, James, Richard, Jeffrey, Randall, Jean and Judy and their families.

The couple request no gifts.
