Isaac Luke Mayzlik was born on April 8, 2015, at the Owatonna Hospital. He touched our hearts forever before he was called by God to Heaven on the same day.

Isaac is survived by his parents, Mark and Danita (Severson) Mayzlik of Owatonna; his siblings: Angeline and Ian of Owatonna; maternal grandparents Donald and Marliese Severson of Owatonna; maternal great-grandparents James and Eunice Clarey of Frazee, Minnesota; paternal grandparents Ronald and Penny Mayzlik of Austin; two uncles Terry Mayzlik and Dan Severson, both of Owatonna; his aunt Debi Motl of Blooming Prairie; many cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents Russell and Ruth Mayzlik.

Graveside services will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2015, at the Lansing Cemetery, with Pastor Charles Leonard officiating. Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.
