DEVILS LAKE, N.D. — A North Dakota man accused of killing a man in Minnesota is refusing to voluntarily be returned to that state to face a murder charge.

KZZY radio reports that 25-year-old Ray Littlewolf Jr. appeared in court in Devils Lake on Monday. He told Judge Donovan Foughty that he wanted to consult with an attorney and refused to waive extradition.

Littlewolf was arrested Friday in the death last week of 64-year-old Ronald Foss near Viking, Minnesota. Foughty set bond at $1 million cash.
