MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The bulk of a winter storm may have missed Mower County, but New England residents already buried in snow were expecting another wintry blast as a March storm races across the U.S.
Predictions of up to 4 inches of snow and the potential for blizzard-like conditions didn’t materialize for much of the area yesterday, as much of Mower County only saw sleet and a dusting of snow.
