Chrisyne and Steven were avid RV campers and enjoyed camping at the Pettibone Campground in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, every summer. They enjoyed cruising on their pontoon down the mighty Mississippi; they were proud “River Rats.” They were creatures of their routines and enjoyed spending their time together. Chrisyne worked for 29 years at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Austin. She enjoyed her job and loved her co-workers. Chris recently retired on Oct. 31, 2014, as the Health Unit Coordinator in Women’s Special Care. She was enjoying all the rewards of retirement.

Being a wife, mother and grandmother were Chrisyne’s greatest joys in life. Chrisyne was a loyal sister; get-togethers and having lots of laughs with her siblings and nieces and nephews were some of her favorite times spent. She loved lunches out with her friends and shopping trips to Rochester. It was an honor to be loved by Chrisyne, because she filled your soul. Chrisyne is now reunited with her son and will forever watch over all whom she loved. She will forever be missed.
