Austin Bruins beat Aberdeen 3-1

The Austin Bruins continued to stay red hot as they picked up their 11th win in 13 games when they topped Aberdeen (23-26-2 overall) 3-1 in Riverside Arena Saturday.
The Bruins (31-10-11 overall) are inching closer to their third straight NAHL Central Division regular season title as they lead second place Minot by five games. Austin has eight games remaining on its schedule, including a Wednesday night matchup with Brookings in Riverside Arena at 7:05 p.m.
Jacob Kullberg and Ian Scheid each scored first period goals for Austin on Saturday.
Jake Kielly had 19 saves in the win for Austin.
