Chamber ambassadors held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new members and owners of Smitty’s Tavern on Jan. 9. Wayne “Hoot” Enright and his wife, Judy, purchased the business last fall along with Jeremy “Ole” Olson, who is pictured in the center.

Chamber ambassadors welcomed the Austin VFW Post 1216 to the Chamber with a ribbon cutting in front of the recently renovated club at 300 Fourth Ave. NE. Cutting the ribbon, center of photo, were VFW Commander Scott Wiechmann, Drew Wendorf and Norm Hecimovich.
