The Austin gymnastics team took second place at the 10-team invite in Breck Saturday.

The Packers had a team score of 140.3 and Champlin Park won the meet with a 146.625.

Carolyn Hackel took second in All-Around for the Packers, who used All-Arounders Maddie Mullenbach and Jennifer Boyle on just three out of a possible eight routines on the second day of back-to-back meets.

“It was good for the girls to get a 140 with two of our top gymnasts sitting out,” Austin head coach Alex Bade said.
