WASECA — A Waseca man is accused of fleeing from police while driving drunk on an ATV with an 8-year-old passenger.
Thirty-one-year-old Isaac Yerhot is charged with child endangerment, fleeing an officer and other counts. Police say an officer saw Yerhot blow through a stop sign on the ATV Saturday night in Waseca and tried to pull him over.
The Mankato Free Press reports Yerhot sped away and dropped the girl off at a house in the neighborhood. Police say Yerhot refused field sobriety tests and was taken to a hospital for a blood draw, then transported to jail.
