EAGAN — Eagan police are calling the death of a 13-year-old boy at a home suspicious.
Paramedics and police were called to the suburban home just after 11 a.m. Sunday on a report that the boy was unresponsive and “bleeding from an unspecified wound.”
First responders tried to save the boy but were unable to revive him.
The Star Tribune reports the boy’s 15-year-old brother called to report the incident. He and his 11-year-old sister, who were both home at the time, are being questioned by police.
Police say they have ruled out suicide and are investigating the death as “suspicious.”
