Austin Utilities to call customers for surveys

Austin Utilities will conduct phone surveys with customers to hear about their experience with the Home Energy Reports program starting today through Jan. 10, 2015.

Deployed in partnership with cloud software provider Opower, the Home Energy Reports program is designed to provide more information about customers’ energy usage, helping them make informed choices and save money. The reports include personalized information on how energy usage compares to nearby homes and fluctuates over time and across seasons, as well as ideas on how to improve efficiency.

Austin Utilities encourages customers to participate and share their comments and suggestions for improving the program.
