The Minnesota Department of Transportation is wrapping up its road projects for the year.

Among the completed projects is work on Interstate 90 rest areas, which included improvements to the Hayward rest stop. In addition, work on the Interstate 35 reconstruction and bridge replacement in Owatonna will wrap up on Nov. 16 and continue in May 2015 on the northbound lanes.

There is also work done on Highway 14 east of Owatonna. About 2.5 miles of Hwy 14 is being expanded from two lanes to four lanes. Construction for this project started this summer and will wrap up in fall 2015.
