Georgiann Toquam, 90, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014, at Spooner Health System, Spooner, Wisconsin.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.

Visitation: Visitation will be held at the church from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Interment: Interment will be in the Blooming Prairie Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
