Southland senior setter Kaitlyn Kirtz had a big night for the Rebels volleyball team as they beat Kingsland (0-15 overall, 0-10 Three Rivers) 29-27, 25-15, 24-26, 25-11 in Adams Thursday.

Kirtz tallied a career-high 60 set assists in the win.

“She had a great night and the offense fed from her very well,” Southland head coach Eric Thorson said.

Olivia Gray provided a bulk of the offense as she hammered down a season-high 22 kills for the Rebels (12-11 overall, 4-5 Three Rivers).
