The Hayfield football team had just seven rushing yards as it lost 49-15 to Chatfield (2-1 overall, 2-1 SFA Blue) in Hayfield Friday night.

The Vikings (1-1 overall, 1-1 SFA Blue) took an early 3-0 lead on a 31-yard field goal by Cody Carpentier, but it was all downhill from there.

Cam Rutledge threw a TD and ran for a TD for Hayfield.
