Wayne I. Wincentsen, 64, of Hayfield, Minnesota, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, at his home.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, with Pastor Matthew Fennell officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment: Interment will be in Blooming Prairie Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
