Retiring Community Development Director Craig Hoium looks over papers during the Austin City Council meeting Monday night. Hoium announced his retirement earlier this year and his last day is July 15. He thanked the council and city staff during the meeting and said Austin is a fortunate place to have so many people working to better the community.
