The eighth annual Halfway to January Cancer Bash was a huge success! We raised more than $11,000. Just amazing! I would like to thank you everyone for the love and support you have given me. Without everybody’s help I could not have done this. This event has a lot of meaning to me. I had to do this event for myself.

I would like to thank my family; friend’s and LAC family; committee members; volunteers; church ladies / circles; area businesses; auctioneers Tiny Johnson, Dave Thompson and Mick Brooks; MC Sounds’ Josh Ruhter and Kristy Mittelsted, who provided the music; everyone who donated items; everyone who baked items; and everyone who made cash donations. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank my family and friends who pooled together to bid on the Autumn Blazing Maple tree the bid $450 on the tree. Wow! I am having the tree planted in my front lawn so “My Strength” Haydyn LaRae can watch Grammies tree grow. What amazing people!
