Activities/ Hobbies:

I absolutely love drawing, painting and anything to do with art. I also like to write a little; always fiction and just for fun.

Awards/ recognitions:

I have gotten the Student Choice Award for Pen and Ink, Best of Show for small scale pencil art, Award of Excellence for miscellaneous art, and Award of Excellence for colored pencil art.

Thoughts on your educational experience so far:

To be brutally honest, I don’t focus my energy toward school work. There are moments when I sit down and work hard but it’s quite sporadic and sparse. I love doing what I enjoy, like art. It’s quite difficult for me to focus my energy on doing something that I don’t enjoy doing. But that’s just me. My teachers are wonderful and I do learn many things.

Plans for the future:

I plan to go to Winona State University. I had planned to major in Fine Arts but now, thinking about careers in particular, I may change my major to education, preferably elementary and possibly minor in arts.

Thoughts about your experience with the Rotary club:

The Rotary Club has been very insightful to what goes on in the community. Though I’m still not entirely sure what exactly is Rotary Club, there has been information that provided me with a glance into the ‘behind the scenes’ look at the community and how things are run and what happens.

It’s been well.
