Phyllis S. Swanson, 89 of Austin, Minn., died Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Cottagewood Senior Communities in Rochester, Minn.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, at Church of Christ in Austin with Pastor Stephen DeFor officiating.

Interment: Interment will be at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Burnsville, Minn.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church for one hour before the service on Tuesday morning.

Funeral home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
